EXECUTION STAGES OF BRIQUETERIE JEBAL EL OUEST PROJECT IN TUNISIA
The project for the construction of Briqueterie Jebal El Ouest factory for the Poulina Group in Tunisia, aiming at the construction of state-of-the-art factory in terms of technology and meeting strict energy consumption requiremetns, is moving forward at a fast pace. FIRST KILN CAR WITH FIRED WARE OUT OF THE KILN - MAY 2019
SETTING ON FIRST KILN CAR - APRIL 2019
First kiln car loaded with ware to be fired and ready to enter the kiln.
KILN DRYING AND START OF LOAD TESTS - MARCH 2019
Drying of the kiln and start of tests with load.
DRYER TESTS - FEBRUARY 2019
Start of dryer tests and burners ignition.
NON-LOAD TEST AT THE LOADING AREA - DECEMBER 2018
Completion of mechanical and electrical assembly works and start of non-load tests at the loading area.
CIVIL WORKS COMPLETION AND START OF MACHINERY ASSEMBLY AT SITE- MAY 2018
Civil works have already been completed and machinery assembly works have started at site.
KILN CIVIL WORKS-FEBRUARY 2018
Development of civil works for the construction of the Gaudi sealed kilns.
MACHINE TESTING AT EQUIPCERAMIC WORKSHOP-OCTOBER 2017
All machines are subject to strict verification test at Equipceramic's workshop before being shipped to site.
DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIL WORKS-SEPTEMBER 2017
Start of civil works.
START OF FOUNDATIONS-AUGUST 2017
